Benefits to Second Nature members are supported through annual dues, which are leveraged by grants and corporate partnerships. Second Nature membership opportunities include:
Higher education institutions whose president or chancellor has made a formal commitment to lead on climate action.
Higher education institutions interested in beginning or furthering their climate action journey alongside signatory institutions in our network.
The world’s leading research universities committed to accelerating climate action on campus, in communities, and at a global scale.
Participating in any of the three membership opportunities make up the Climate Leadership Network.
The annual dues cycle begins in May, and payment is due by September 1st. The dues amount is established based on the size of the institution and its expenses.
Dues payments are required to remain an active member. However, alternative arrangements can be made for those with budget challenges. Please contact us promptly after receiving an invoice for special assistance. For all dues-related questions, please contact [email protected].
