The Intersectional Climate Action Leaders Working Group is here to serve and support you.<\/strong><\/h2>\n

<\/p>\n

Inviting staff, faculty, community, and organizational partners affiliated with climate action and resilience at HBCU (Historically Black Colleges and Universities), MSI (Minority Serving Institutions), or Tribal Colleges or who have an interest in championing the work and legacy of these institution types and the demographic bases they serve.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

This group is intended to be a think tank to advance peer-to-peer relationships among institutional contacts, community partners, and stakeholders and a space to share best practices to help accelerate institutional resilience and climate action planning. Our collective work is critical in identifying and addressing unique institutional challenges and opportunities for HBCUs and MSIs, especially given this pivotal and historic moment for higher education.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

We welcome a diversity of experience in this effort to prioritize defining the needs of HBCUs\/HSIs\/MSIs\/ and Tribal Colleges and the communities they serve.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n

It\u2019s important now more than ever to feel represented and supported in the logistics of your sustainability efforts and the spiritual and emotional aspects of this work. Working group member feedback helps to create and shape Second Nature programming and ensure our programming is culturally inclusive and responsive.<\/p>\n
